Unschooling James and Adam

Here was James, with Cristel, participating in a Filipino tradition, Flores de Mayo.

      We went south, all the way to Bulalacao and up to San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, for my birthday and just because we're curious. We didn't find a resort/beach we like that won't need a boat ride (to the islands of San Jose), so we thought we drove around five hours just to eat at Mang Inasal. Fortunately, we remembered a nice beach in Mansalay with sands that remind me of pulvoron. We were also lucky to find a nearby resort where we spent the night and headed to the beach again the next day as early as we could.
